Support our Army customer Sharepoint Environment. Provide high-level support for the migration of Army SharePoint sites from their current on premises environment to Microsoft SharePoint Online, MSO365 Azure Environment.
- Technical and Site Collection Administration support
- Monitor customer support email boxes
- Experience with management of roles permissions, workflows and storage allocation in Sharepoint
- Sharepoint Online experience is desired
- Acts as the technical liaison between Army users and all other Army stakeholders
- Contribute to and develop technical documentations
- Provide technical input to reports, documents, executive summaries, meeting minutes
- Management of the program content on milSuite page
- Request for Change (RFC) POC
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Experience with Customer Support, Help Desk Ticketing
- 2-5 years of experience in Sharepoint Site Collection Administration
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer support skills
- Secret clearance required
